Called service at 8:15pm on a Monday regarding a possible warrenty issue with my 2010 Dodge Journey R/T. Victoria suggested that I come right in so that she can determine the proper course of action. When I arrived at 8:35, she wrote a service request to determine the problem. Before 9pm, the part[s] in question were replaced, and at a minimal cost. The service was exceptional. My check engine light came on for the third time since i have owned this 2005 Town and Country van. The other two times I took it to where it was purchased for service. When I called this time, they could n have owned this 2005 Town and Country van. The other two times I took it to where it was purchased for service. When I called this time, they could not get me in for a few weeks. As I explained to Jason, i am undergoing daily radiation treatments and I needed my vehicle fixed asap. He told me it was drive able and got me an appointment for the following week. I left it overnight, and picked it up the next day. All nice and fixed. I don't have to worry about it any more and EVERYONE that I spoke with there was very knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. Good Job!! I used to do customer service and can appreciate your fine staff. Awesome job and I will be back to your dealership if the need arises. More

When additional details and costs were revealed during the inspection, I was promptly contacted with the information and offered the opportunity to decided whether to proceed (which I did). All repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time. The complementary car wash was appreciated. I learned long ago to judge a dealership by its service department. Based on my experiences with Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I intend to make my next new car purchase there. More
I had my 300 serviced at another Chrylser dealer where they basically guessed wrong and charged me over $400 for the visit. The very same day I retrieved my car it continued to have the same issue-return they basically guessed wrong and charged me over $400 for the visit. The very same day I retrieved my car it continued to have the same issue-returned vehicle and they gave me an estimate of almost $4k so that led me to Golling. From the very first phone call with Jason to set up my appointment he was pleasant to deal with and took the time to answer all my questions. My repair was no longer under warranty but he called Chrysler and they agreed to cover the repair so I only had to pay $100 deductible. He shared in my aggravation that the part was on national back order resulting in very EXPENSIVE rental bill from Enterprise because of the TWO week delay in getting the part. Overall, my experience was very pleasant and I loved the professionalism and the courteous attitudes of all the employees that I encountered at Golling. More
