Horrible customer service! I bough a car here about 5 weeks ago and it's been a nightmare. Fiona is finance told me I had 15 minutes to sign my paperwork, Peter in sales accused I bough a car here about 5 weeks ago and it's been a nightmare. Fiona is finance told me I had 15 minutes to sign my paperwork, Peter in sales accused me of posting a bad review and told me to take it down, David in Sales gave me a vochure to fill up the gas in the loaner car because 2 days after my purchase my steering wheel was clicking and a part needed to be replaced and it was on back order. I was told they inspect all used cars before they leave the lot so I don't know how they didn't hear the constant clicking sound. They gave me a bill for almost $400 for the part in the steering wheel (even after Pam told me I wouldn't have to pay for it since I just bought the car) Mike Niles is the rudest man I've had to talk to. Instead of fixing the situation he acted like he didn't care . He never returned my emails that I sent him. Bryan Creek claimed he would help me and take care of everything and I never heard from him. Anytime i would call or go in i was treated very poorly. I couldn't deal with them anymore, the whole month it was a battle to get them to do anything or fix anything or to even talk to someone. I was passed around to different people. In order to cut ties with this place I went to Gilcrest and TRADED the car I just bought for a different car . That was the only way I could start fresh. This place is a nightmare . I am so glad that I no longer have to deal with anyone here. I'm still waiting on my money from the extended warranty I canceled so we will see how long that takes . I don't want anyone to experience what I had to go through, please please stay away from this place . All they want is your money. Once they get it they no longer care at how they treat you. I highly recommend Gilcrest Chevrolet, they helped me through the whole process of trading a car that I just bought and were able to get me into a different one and i couldn't be more happier. More

And I'll let you know about the service as they are putting more quiet tires on there for me I'm on the road so much and the roar of the sport tires was too loud and installing a microfilter for my COPD so I can breath better in my car.
