Much appreciation to the guys in the Parts Dept. I was stranded in my truck due to a battery problem and needed a special fuse. I bought a 2019 Ram 2500 from Good Chevrolet. When I initially viewed the truck it was very dirty. I didn’t buy it that day. I came back and worked out the numbers and agreed to buy the truck but When I initially viewed the truck it was very dirty. I didn’t buy it that day. I came back and worked out the numbers and agreed to buy the truck but asked for it to be washed so I could inspect for damage. They brought the truck back out after washing but didn’t wash the top saying they couldn’t reach it. I trusted them and bought the truck. After a couple of days after getting it home I washed it including the top only to discover about 40 dents in the top from hail. When I contacted their used car manager he told me I should have inspected it better and that the buyer being me should beware. I feel they left it dirty on top to hide the dents. They replaced the hood but left the most expensive thing to me. I gave full retail plus some and now have lost at least $7000 in value due to damage. This is a horrible business. More
