Parts guy Mike is terrible with calling a customer. Multiple times I have waited patiently so as to not bother them and never hear a word. Then I call and find out my purchase has been there for a week or more after intentionally having him input my correct phone number before leaving the parts counter. Won't even apologize, just skips over it and says in a huff, "well they're here now and you can pick them up". Need customer service retraining badly. Two thumbs down! 👎🏻👎🏻 More
I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I have to warn clients getting vehicle service . -they do not have a loaner vehicle. I have to get my own rental vehicle - Nadia Castillo my service advisor was dishonest and will tell you it is covered by warranty but. Later on the billing she will say another thing that will refuse to cover warranty -Nadia Castillo the service advisor will not call you for an update what s going on. For the entire 1month my vehicle was misdiagnosed and she will not bother to explain why it is taking time. -Nadia Castillo gave a name of the service Manager as Tim Laughlin. , but the name was Wayne Manning, so you ll not be able to reach out to the correct person. -The worst part they did to me is they delivered the vehicle without a electric park break., It is a safety issue! They detached it and did not bring it back! I diplomatically plead that they helped me to correct this issue .but the the serviced advisor refused and tried to hide the manager s name., so i wont able to reach. I left a VM to the mngr but never return back. I am looking for legal options filing a lawsuit to good Chevrolet. if only i can attch the picture of the Electric park break they've removed and refused to fix. More
I have been a loyal GM customer for years and even worked for them for about three years. I bought a 2016 silverado and within the past couple years, I had water leaks from the antenna and the brake light. G for them for about three years. I bought a 2016 silverado and within the past couple years, I had water leaks from the antenna and the brake light. Good Chevrolet in Renton WA replaced them, but I had to pay most of the repairs. I still have water stains on my ceiling. I had to remove the whole interior and carpet to put new carpet pad in it because it smelled so bad of mold and mildew, nobodyshould have to go through that. I had to buy the pad and cut it out to fit as well. I called General Motors headquarters and they never reached back out to me after I talked to someone about that issue. This past summer my air conditioning went out and remind you I live in Washington state and hardly need to use it to begin with and dont know why that would go out so quickly. The past couple weeks I started getting a shutter from the engine and I did some research and come to find out when the truck was built and sold, that year and model came with the wrong transmission fluid and many people have had the same issue. Once again I took it to the dealership Good Chevrolet and it was not covered and they wanted to charge me $1000.00 to flush the transmission and replace the fluid and another $1000.00 to fix the condenser on the air conditioning. I couldn't afford it so I had to pass on those and now my truck is sitting in my garage. I had to pay $220.00 just for the diagnosis and couldn't even have either problem fixed. I called General Motors once again and explained these issues and I was told it was a maintenance issue and they won't take care of it, even though I've brought my truck in for all the oil changes and maintenance. I only have 47,000 miles on my truck. It's sad that they will not fix the issues that come from the manufacturer. More

Just bought a 2021 Silverado LT Crew Cab. Was happy with my sales rep Richard Graham. He was great with answering the questions I had and directed a very smooth transaction. I bought my 2016 chevy impala in 2017 of September. Always brought car in for any concerns and maintenance. Had transmission serviced 4/2/21, four months later i started having issues with the performance of my transmission, brought back 8/2021 and then again 9/2021 for issues not being resolved. They found nothing because their wasn't any codes and claimed car was fine. 7 months later transmission goes out 4/7/22. Sent email to Service Director, Mr. Manning on 4/18 and hand delivered letter for General Manager on 4/20 with no response from the GM.. Mr Manning did respond and only agreed to only look at car without cost, but I would hv to get it towed at my expense for the third time. After I already had it diagnosed on 4/13/22 by the shop I had it towed to because I literally was stuck at work with my car not moving. Not once did Mr. Manning have empathy on the situation. I feel that his service department failed when it came to properly evaluating my vehicle and its like if there's no light on or code then they think all is fine. I faithfully brought my car to them and now that I'm complaining and wanting resolution, its like oh well not our issue and it must have been something I did, but at the end of the day I relied on their findings, which has now left me with a non working car and not much as an apology was giving to me. All I can say is your only that " valued customer" when your spending money. If you got an issue, you're on your own. The last email I got from Mr. Manning today 4/26/22, was it for me. Once he said if you in fact do need a transmission, repairs would be at your expense. Like really.... If my car was properly evaluated, I would not now have a non operating vehicle. I will be filing my grievance with this dealership, even if there is no resolution to my liking, but at least my words will be seen and just take caution when dealing with Good Chevrolet. I would never refer anyone to them for anything. My car didn't even last 5 years and as a single mom the struggle is real, but I will bounce back. More
