I needed a truck! Needed a truck for my home building project. Had some time so headed down to Good Chevrolet to check out their pickup inventory. Was met by Nathan who listened to my needs and brought several likely candidates around for me to inspect. One stood out so Nathan introduced me to Teddy who helped me through the purchase process. Dave Bier, in the finance office, gave me some good advice and nice financing options. All in all this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had in a long time. I appreciate Teddy, Nathan and Dave and love my new (used) truck. Thanks! More
Incredible Experience - Truly 5 Stars all around. I called on a Tuesday afternoon, was greeted by Teddy Sharp, the Sales Manager. I was inquiring about a 2014 Chevrolet Suburban. We set an appt for I called on a Tuesday afternoon, was greeted by Teddy Sharp, the Sales Manager. I was inquiring about a 2014 Chevrolet Suburban. We set an appt for 2:30 that afternoon. When I arrived Teddy had the car waiting, and after a thorough review, I realized it wasn't the right fit. He quickly sorted through my needs and produced an alternative option, which was exactly what I was looking for, and with all the bells and whistles. After discussing my trade-in and agreeing on a fair trade-in price, Ted introduced me to their finance department who arrange competitive financing with a lower rate than my own credit union. I traded in a 2008 Cadillac Escalade for a 2014 Chevrolet Suburban. The entire experience was seamless and above my expectations. I would honestly and highly recommend Teddy. More

Teddy helped with the final purchase of the vehicle. I felt that we got a good deal for the car we were buying and Teddy helped make the process stress free. My husband and I were in and out of there in much less time than we anticipated. I would recommend Good Chevrolet to my friends and co-workers. We will be in the market to buy another car in the near future and will definitely keep Good Chev at the top of our list. More

Lies, Deceit and Fail at Customer Service I have never purchased a used vehicle in my life. This was the first and probably last time as the experience was a disaster. My brother in law reco I have never purchased a used vehicle in my life. This was the first and probably last time as the experience was a disaster. My brother in law recommended this place as he has friends who are salesmen there. This review relates to the customer service of their management and service department. The salesmen were very helpful and understanding in the matter but these were things outside of their control. I came in in December to look at a car that I had seen on their online inventory. I test drove that car. While test driving that car, I saw another car that I preferred. So I asked to test drive that car. We test drove that car. I tested out all the specs. Everything seemed fine. Then we go back inside and I sit down to do all the paperwork. The finance department was amazing, very efficient and quick. We were finished within 10 minutes. The sales person then told me that the vehicle had not gone through a safety check and they will have to do that before they can give me the car. They tell me I can come back in a few days to get the car. Prior to leaving, I emphasized to them that heated seats and navigation must be working and are important for me. I come back in a few days, pick up my car and am on my happy way. Two days later, I noticed that ALL my seats were not working (the heated portion). So I call the sales guy back, he wasn't there, so they sent me to another sales guy. This guy tells me to bring it back in and they'll fix it for me. I bring my car back in, leave it there for two days. They call me back to pick up my car and said "it's all fixed." No charges, no nothing, I just took my car and left. Two days later, my husband notices that the front passenger seat was still not working. I call again. They tell me to bring it back again. I do so. Additionally I asked them to program an additional key fob that I had and cut me a key and check the noise I was hearing. They say okay. I leave my car. Call back the next day and asked if it was ready. Service person told me the car needed: a new serpentine belt, the key fob i gave them didn't work so they'll have to order a new one, and I the seats needed to be fixed. They said they had to get approval from the sales department. Next day I call back. Service person says "the sales people didn't okay it, they said they weren't going to put any more money into this car. So I need to get your okay to move forward." I ask her how much it was (thinking it be like $50-100). She told me $1200. I was shocked, amused and surprised at the same time. I told her definitely to not do anything to my car and that I would get it later. I asked her why they didn't approve it. I told her that they said it was "all fixed" and clearly it wasn't because it wasn't working so why are they now charging me for something they promised to fix with beforehand. She just said they said they weren't putting anymore money into it. I then call their sales manager, who was not present, so I get this vice director person. Kelly McNeil. Completely jerk. Rude, arrogant, and has no sense of customer service. I explain to him the situation. He says he would find out what was going on and call me back. He calls me back and says "we will not fix it and we will not be putting anymore money into this car. We have already put $1000 into this car and we will not be putting anymore into it. We are not obligated to do this for you and so we won't." To which I responded "but you told me you would fix it and the mere fact that it is not working means you did not fix it. No one told me that I would be charged for it because the first time they fixed it they said "all fixed"" I told him that I just invested $25K into this car and now they want me to pay more for something that they had already fixed. He thought I was incredulous or crazy but he repeated himself and basically called me a liar. He said the seats were working, just not working as well. So my brother in law gets wind of this and calls his buddy. His buddy says he'll try to see what he can do. I leave my car there for one more day. I get a call from him saying they basically cursed in his face. They said they refused to fix it. So then I come to get my car and GUESS WHAT? They charged me for something when I told them to do NOTHING to my car. I told them I did not authorize anything and I was not going to pay for this. Their sales manager ended up waiving the costs. I took my car and left. Essentially this place has bad business practice. They tell you they will do something and then not do it. I would not recommend coming here at all. More

It's been two weeks and now they are saying they can't get the interest rate they promised us and we need to come resign at a higher rate. This has never happened to us and I do not trust them now. Not sure what we are going to do as we have tinted the windows on the truck and order stuff for it now. This is horrible customer service. More

It was a great experience because we quickly received a call from Julie in Finance who referred us to Justin in Sales. They had communicated prior to our arrival what we want, which I loved! Whole process took about an hour. We got the car we wanted and a great rate and left very happy! Would definitely recommend all our friends and family to go to Good Chevrolet! More
