Love the dealership, and normally love the service department. Not so happy with this visit, first person I checked with, I ask for an estimate for passenger side mirror (mirror only), and to replace department. A different person brought me my paperwork and I did not get my estimate he just told me go to body work. Then told me they didn't wash it, since it looked as though the cover for the touch pad on the driver's side looked loose, but they did see I had had it replaced and it he said should be under warranty. But I was good to go??? I do not remember name of the 2nd person mm I dealt with. More
