Tom sent me via internet different choices I had in what I was searching for and came up with one from their West Allis dealership. Amanda Lewis who I worked with brought the car over from West Allis for me to see and test drive to their West Bend location. After all was said and done, I walked out with my MKZ and love it so far. Best experience I have had so far looking for a car at different dealerships and getting a total run around except for Gordie Boucher. If your looking for a car whether new or used, I would recommend you stop there first. More

While test driving the vehicle, I remarked to the salesperson in the back seat that the brake pedal went to the floor and something was not right. No comment from sales person. Upon returning to the dealership I felt the price offered was reasonable for the vehicle and decided to purchase it. Throughout negotiations and finance work, I forgot to again mention the brake problem. BIG mistake. While dealing with the financing associate, I too, was presented with various payment options that ALL included an extended warranty of some sort. I was never presented with a payment option that did not include some sort of extended warranty. I chose the least expensive option. As an indication of how subtle (devious?) this presentation was, I have not purchased an extended warranty on a vehicle (or any big-ticket item) in over 40 years. I walked away with an extended warranty! I definitely accept partial responsibility for this lapse. Over the next couple of days, and extremely careful examination of the warranty contract, I discovered the price of monthly payments without any extended warranty. This was not easy to find, and NEVER mentioned by the finance person. I promptly cancelled the extended warranty (still waiting for the notification of cancellation/refund - a little over six weeks ago. More

Rip Off on Pricing of Repair Work September 2014. Had an engine oil leak, brought it to Gordie Boucher in West Bend. The engine is a year old, and has a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty o September 2014. Had an engine oil leak, brought it to Gordie Boucher in West Bend. The engine is a year old, and has a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty on it. It took THREE visits (in a 10 day period of time) for them to finally fix the leak, as each time they seemed more interested in finding "if the warranty would cover it" than actually fixing the leak correctly. My son told them the first visit where the leak was coming from, as since it was under Ford warranty, they should fix it. When I got the car back this last time, the check engine light was on and it shifted horribly (which it has never done). Upon taking it back to them, the same technician that worked on it the previous times said it was a transmission shift solenoid that would cost $500 to repair, because it was such a "big job to do". I don't know the technician's name, but was told numerous time that he was experienced and knowledgeable. Hmmm..... My son bought a $50 transmission shift solenoid at AutoZone, and transmission fluid. Within 15 MINUTES he had drained the transmission fluid, taken the old solenoid out, put new solenoid in and put new transmission fluid back in the car. Runs like a charm! GORDIE BOUCHER SERVICE DEPT WANTED $500 TO DO THIS! My son did it for $70. I won't go back to them again for any reason, nor do I recommend them. Also, beware the Ford warranty, as it "changes", as we were told. Nice job Ford. More

The finance department went out of their way to find us an extra rebate besides the one they were offering!!!! Very professional ,all great to deal with! Workmanship My company bought a work truck through these guys yesterday (06/11/2014). They installed after market power windows. My company paid for the truck to come with that feature from the factory. The wiring job that the technicians did was an absolute nightmare. They didnt even run the wiring through the right hole. Instead the ran through the bolt hole for the mirror. Now the wiring gets shut in the door every time you close the door. They even wired the passenger side reversed, so up is down and down is up. As for the key fob. We paid for Mykey and didn't receive it. Instead we got a regular key fob. The key fob that we have barely works. When it actually does work. The doors unlock and within a second or two the door automatically locks again. When you unlock the door with the key. You have to hold the key at the unlock position otherwise is locks again. I'm guessing all the locking issues are due to the terrible wiring job. More

They really work to get you the best financing, I got 2.9% which I fine with, but when I got in to sign the paperwork they said they found me 2.84% instead! All employees are professional and educated about their product, without being your typical car salesman that pushes you around. I worked with Troy Ellis, Dave Brooks, Rebecca Minor, & Torre Zweifel, and they were all great to work with. I love my new 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE, great quality car and I'm already getting 44.5 MPG and the engine isn't even broken in yet! I would buy from again! More

When I left, I felt as though I could come back anytime to ask him about any issues that might arise.
