A couple of things:I had to shift my service appt date A couple of things: I had to shift my service appt date in order to get a loaner car and that loaner availability was removed when I got to my appt a A couple of things: I had to shift my service appt date in order to get a loaner car and that loaner availability was removed when I got to my appt and so I had to wait without even being asked if that was ok with me. Had I known that was going to happen, I could have made my appt for a more convenient day for me as I had other things scheduled to do that day which is why I asked for the loaner in the first place. I still don't understand why I didn't get the loaner upon request. At another dealership I have used in the past I never have a problem with this. The other issue was I am over 20K miles and according to my service manual I was to have my cabin air filter changed. I asked to have this done when I made the appt, but it was not done as part of my service appt according to my paperwork. These are the details the dealership should be paying attention to. Otherwise why bother coming in for regular service? Finally, I do not like the new system of how the multi-point inspection is reported out - it told me absolutely nothing about what specifically was done or where my vehicle is at - my fluid levels, wiper blades, battery, tire wear, brake wear, or other systems/components, etc. The usual vehicle report card (which I like and find VERY helpful when used) was attached but totally blank! Why bother? I take the time to bring my car in to have these things checked and reported out on (communicated) so I know where my vehicle is at going forward - what I need to watch, save for, etc. The dealership I have used in the past is very good at verbally going over everything with me and reporting out on paper exactly where my vehicle is at, and not just sending me to the payment counter. Some guy did that with me on Thursday, not Kim. While prompt service is also important (in/out), haste makes waste, and therefore, to me, customer service is most important. I think most customers want to know what was done with their vehicle, what to watch for, etc. I had been having good service, but was disappointed this time around. More

Quick and Efficient After the recent snow I noticed me tire pressure monitor light was on. I pulled in to have some air added and the noticed a nail in one of my tires. A Smooth Visit I was treated royally from arrival to departure. The greeter (Bob?) was excellent and Barb had everything ready for a quick registration. (Diedre?) (Diedre?) at the cashier desk got me into my luxurious Nautilus quickly and I was on my way. The work on my car was completed later that day, and I came in, exchanged cars, got in my clean car and was off. Very nice!! More
Oil Change The lady who checked me in, asked if I would like my vehicle washed and I told her that I was on a time limit.
