New vehicle issues cannot be not addressed Labor rate for remote start installation is outrageous. Dealer cannot reproduce issues so resolution is not possible. Had vehicle for 3 days. Absolutely terrible repair service The service person at the check in desk has been great to work with. Have no idea who worked on my truck or if they even did for the two days it was there. The right rear door that wouldn't open was why I brought it in and was not repaired. They suggested the 60,000 mile service ($700) which I did and included an oil change which the finished work order said was done. However the oil change sticker in the top left corner of the windshield was not changed. Makes me wonder what if anything was done for 700 dollars... Going back again Monday.... More
Bought Car, and then found out it was in accident The dealer helped me find exactly what I was looking for.... We had a great experience with Jennifer and Alex. They were easy and pleasant. Once we got the car home, we made appt to have front windows tinted and the car winterized at the body shop. When the body shop got the car, they called my husband back to look at the damage on the car. It was in some sort of car accident. It was about $2500 worth of damage. After looking at the pictures prior to our purchase, now that you know what you are looking for-you can see some of damage. Not to mention, they "certified" the car, which according to Ford's certification program means inside and out 172 point inspection. If they did in fact do the inspection-they would not have missed the damage. And they have no desire to work with us to get this repaired. Understandable that its a used 2019 Explorer, however, we shouldn't have to now pay $2500 to repair the side that was damaged after a $55k sticker price. And the car has been in the shop four times, towed once, and we hadn't even had the car 60 days. Pretty disappointed, especially after the great experience with Jennifer and Alex. More
