I set up an appointment for Wednesday at 7:00am for an oil change and recall work. I dropped the car off Tuesday night so they could start right away on Wed. I was called Wednesday Afternoon and they told me they hadn't started on the car. WHAT? They started the next day and finished before noon. Why did I bother to make an appointment? More
