Had an appointment at 8:30 am. 6 hours later I called for a status and they had not even looked at the car yet. Took two full days to get breaks done. In the end they did well and it was no cost to me, but i a status and they had not even looked at the car yet. Took two full days to get breaks done. In the end they did well and it was no cost to me, but it was frustrating that it took so long and the car sat there for over 6 hours before they even looked at it. More
