Will never come back, you guys misdiagnosed an issue and were about to charge me $2800 to replace a rear differential. Got second opinion and found out it was in fact the transfer case up front, not the rea were about to charge me $2800 to replace a rear differential. Got second opinion and found out it was in fact the transfer case up front, not the rear dif. You guys really need to clean up your act, are your techs even certified? Maybe to only change oil... I came there last year for an alignment problem and you guys couldn't fix the issue. I've heard nothing but bad about your service department, why I came there again I don't know. but I will spread the word. Wasted $$$ here. More

The service attendant was very helpful and very thorough. He provided information that no one had before regarding work covered by the maintenance agreement covered. Bradford got the part needed for my Edge, and it was installed by your shop. Question: When is Boucher Ford of Kenosha getting a car wash?
