Brought my 2011 Escape in for a recall with fuel system on Aug 12. Now the vehicle has difficulty starting. Issue started the same day. I use to just turn the key and it would immediately turn on. Free Oil Change I attempted to use my second of three free oil changes. Upon purchase of my vehicle this was a part of my verbal purchase agreement. I was upset to fi I attempted to use my second of three free oil changes. Upon purchase of my vehicle this was a part of my verbal purchase agreement. I was upset to find out that this was never included on my written vehicle purchase agreement as I was originally told I would receive this service as part of the purchase of my vehicle. I therefore was unable to use my second of three free oil changes and will not have a third available. This was unfortunate and upsetting to find out as I have a large trip coming up that will require this second, and a third oil change upon my return (my plan on using the three free oil changes). This has nothing to do with the service center. The service center worker I had did an amazing job at attempting to locate my free oil changes and was very timely in his work and assistance. I appreciate the assistance I received from my service center worker. More
