Excellent service. Fast and efficient. Friendly staff. Just in for an oil change but they tested my battery and found it needed to be replaced. Robert was awesome. This by far wS the best service I have seen. I called Robert and told him my 2017 Explorer hood had bubbling paint on it, he asked me the year and milage. And said he would call me b have seen. I called Robert and told him my 2017 Explorer hood had bubbling paint on it, he asked me the year and milage. And said he would call me back in ten minutes. He called in 8 minutes and said to bring it in on Monday for a hood replacement and he needed the car for 2 days. He call on Tuesday at 10 am and said it was done. And the paint matches perfectly. Awesome job. More

Great experience at the Ford Dealership in Menomonee Falls. My husband and I would often make frequent stops at the Ford dealership just to browse the array of vehicles. I knew exactly what I wanted to purcha My husband and I would often make frequent stops at the Ford dealership just to browse the array of vehicles. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. I was looking for a Ford Escape in a very distinct color. I came in to take a test drive one afternoon. We found that our Salesman, John Hassell extremely helpful. He knew a lot about the vehicle and answered our questions with ease. I loved vehicle I test drove, however it wasn't the color I desired. The manager and the sales team were able to find a match to the vehicle we desired. The overall experience was such a pleasant one. Customer Service was excellent. More
