Frustrated that fluids weren't filled and hood was damaged When I got the "Works" package, it was supposed to include the topping off of all my fluids but my radiator fluid which was low was not topped off. M When I got the "Works" package, it was supposed to include the topping off of all my fluids but my radiator fluid which was low was not topped off. My hood hatch was also broken. A light was on when I left the dealership which the mechanic should have noticed. He didn't and I found that the hood wouldn't lock anymore when I got to work and saw that the hood was popping open. I needed to have a friend, who is a mechanic, help get it to lock and repair it. He also showed me that they hadn't filled the radiator fluid which he kindly did. I am left feeling a little frustrated. More

2 hour oil change and no truck wash Just had my first oil change on my 2019 Raptor. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes prior to my arranged time. Was told the service would take ar Just had my first oil change on my 2019 Raptor. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes prior to my arranged time. Was told the service would take around 45 minutes. Guess again, it was 2 hours of waiting. I asked why my Raptor wasn't washed and was told that they don't wash Raptors. I have 4 Raptors in my family and both other dealers wash the Trucks after every service. More
