I stopped in a week in advance of dropping off my vehicle to explain what I wanted done. When I dropped my vehicle off I had to explain three times to Tom what I want done with my vehicle. I drop my vehicle off on a Friday only to get a call on Saturday giving me the quote on prices. Then miraculously I received a call on Monday stating my radiator hose was leaking. I really would like a rational and logical explanation how it could sit in my garage for over a couple years and never leak but then when I bring it into the dealership all of a sudden there is a leak. So I explained to fix the hose as I was on vacation and was never given a price on parts or labor. Then when I pick up my vehicle, I see the labor charges were $300 more than what was quoted. I could only imagine that this was for the replacement hose. However, the repairs I originally requested were for the radiator, which should’ve been flushed and to replace the hole should only have taken a pair of channel locks and compressing a few clamps. Hardly $300 worth of labor for about a two minute job. then when I came to pick up my vehicle, I was told the price was $2300 and some change so I handed the lady a credit card and not until I got home discovered that there was a 3% surplus charge and when I called to ask if I could come in for a refund so I can place it on a debit card I was more or less dismissed and was told service should’ve provided me that information which they never did. Now I picked up my vehicle on a Saturday afternoon only to be awoken at 4:15 AM, 5:30 AM, and 7:30 AM, buy my panic alarm on my truck. Then it occurred at 3:30 in the afternoon until I disconnected the cable so I could get a good nights sleep. I was awaiting a call from the manager of the store as I requested one when I called to dispute my financial contribution. That call never came on Monday and my panic alarm went off again at 3:30 PM on Monday. So I looked up on the Internet to disconnect the positive cable which I did last night so I could get a good nights sleep and I am just waiting to see if the panic alarm goes off again today or it reset. I have no idea what occurred to set my panic alarm off, but I am less than happy with the service I received More
