I specifically ask, "is this for as long as I own the truck." He replied, "absolutely." My wife was their and confirmed the statement. However when I received the service book it contained only 7 oil change coupons. I've ask two service department workers about my concern and they've both replied differently. One said, "you need to contact your sales person," the other said, "we wouldn't offer lifetime oil changes, you could come every month for free oil changes." Instead of addressing my concern, they dismissed it. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Gordie Boucher Ford and if they don't honor their employees commitment, it will be my last. More

a bit disappointed I'm basically satisfied. I told Emil that I wanted a red front wheel drive car. The second time I came in he offered me a magnetic Escape with AWD. I'm basically satisfied. I don't even know if he tried to get me a red front wheel drive Escape, but I settled for what he offered. He was lots of fun to work with, but I felt just a little disappointed. Something I've noticed since I started driving the car is that some of the features that were on the front wheel car I originally wanted are not on this car (at least I can't find them). I was interested in heated rear view mirrors and the cross traffic and pre-collision sensors. When the switch was made, I didn't realize that I would be losing those features. More
