I had two alerts come to me through my Ford app. I called the dealership as well as the direct line for the service department for three days and never got hold of anyone - their phone lines were d I called the dealership as well as the direct line for the service department for three days and never got hold of anyone - their phone lines were down (no indication on their website, though). So I stopped and spoke with Katie and we scheduled a time for some analytics. They found the issue but needed to order parts. I received a text from her 9 days later that the parts were in and they were currently booking two weeks out, and that I should text her or call back to schedule. I did text back with a date & time but received no reply, so after two days called and was put on hold for 11 minutes. I called back and spoke to someone else who did get me scheduled, but I asked him to have Katie call me back. She never did. More

Spent 7500 dollars in getting my truck up and running and it was returned to me with my driver side mirror hanging on the side of the truck. Proceeded to ask Robert for pre inspection pictures and the mirror it was returned to me with my driver side mirror hanging on the side of the truck. Proceeded to ask Robert for pre inspection pictures and the mirror was attached when I dropped it off. But since it was “previously” broken they wouldn’t help me. Best they could do was 300 dollars on a used mirror. My question is if someone brought in a vehicle with a minor crack in the windshield and they returned it completely shattered would they still use the excuse that it was previously broken? More
