The gal checking in the car took the initiative to check why service was putting in the oil that isn’t recommended by ford. When I bring the car in I have to remind them it’s a Fusion energy. They dont do a thorough inspection of your vehicle. My past oil change they had a few things brought to my attention that needed repair.
