I had an oil change, tire rotation, coolant & transmission flush and when I left the dealership, I heard a noise. I drove home and then back to work the next morning when the noise got louder. I transmission flush and when I left the dealership, I heard a noise. I drove home and then back to work the next morning when the noise got louder. I find out that they didn't fully attach the underguard protector! I had to make an unplanned trip back into the dealership to have them fix it. They put a new underguard on. Question I have, how can you not fully notice to reattach this guard when you are finished servicing a vehicle? I am glad it didn't come off on the highway and damage my truck or someone else's vehicle! It was really ridiculous going back to Boucher to get this redone. Also, this was not the first time our family had this happen to! My daughter had this happen this spring! More

My service advisor was very assertive about my 2017 C-Max hybrid needed a transmission flush when I brought the car right n for oil change the week before. Almost immediately after dropping off car and haven been driven home I received a call from dealership stating my car was ready for pickup because my vehicle did not need this procedure. Upon returning to dealership I asked service advisor if my car had already had procedure done or if my type of vehicle did not require it, considering I had bought the C-Max used and was unfamiliar with vehicle. He stated he was told my car didn’t need flush, but didn’t know why and then rushed off to get my car without further details added. Though service was prompt and professional I am uneasy with the fact I was sold something I didn’t need and then when I requested a simple explanation I was not offered one. There are plenty of Ford dealerships in the area and I’m a little on the fence on whether or not if I’ll return. More
Due to a part shortage, waited five months for my car, no fault of Boucher. They were helpful, friendly and professional when I finally got to pick it up and they gave it a nice, complimentary wash. I was having issues previously with my battery and had to get my battery replaced a couple of months ago. I had been seeing Ford's advertisements since then for car batteries for half of what I paid there. I was a little taken aback by the cost and started going to other places to get maintenance related services because I felt like I was getting overcharged at Ford. The lady I had worked with that day maybe was just having a bad day (I work in customer service, so I get it!) but wasn't real helpful in assuring me why the charge was so high and that they had found the problem. I did go back to have my 50k maintenance last week and I asked Mike about it and he said that didn't seem right either and applied some coupons to my current visit. Working with him did restore my trust a bit in their service and that they do care about their customers. I do feel like they did a quality job on my last service and overall most of the people there seem to genuinely care. I know this is a busy time of year. More
