The service department is generally very helpful. Mike and Robert were so helpful and kind last Friday. I love that Ford provides a shuttle service. I was having issues previously with my battery and had to get my battery replaced a couple of months ago. I had been seeing Ford's advertisements since then for car batteries for half of what I paid there. I was a little taken aback by the cost and started going to other places to get maintenance related services because I felt like I was getting overcharged at Ford. The lady I had worked with that day maybe was just having a bad day (I work in customer service, so I get it!) but wasn't real helpful in assuring me why the charge was so high and that they had found the problem. I did go back to have my 50k maintenance last week and I asked Mike about it and he said that didn't seem right either and applied some coupons to my current visit. Working with him did restore my trust a bit in their service and that they do care about their customers. I do feel like they did a quality job on my last service and overall most of the people there seem to genuinely care. I know this is a busy time of year. More
