Came in for an oil change and to check on a slow leak in my tire. Said they fixed my tire, less than two weeks later I’m having to put air in the same tire they said they fixed. People are friendly and helpful! I lease and have leased since 1998. This is the first time I have to pay for oil changes, etc. (Maybe I should go back to Hiller in Franklin?!?) My c I lease and have leased since 1998. This is the first time I have to pay for oil changes, etc. (Maybe I should go back to Hiller in Franklin?!?) My current milage is less than 8000, my lease date was 8/2020. NOW I have to PAY for all of this, and I have to come in every 5 months. When I was at Hiller the oil was changed every 6 months and was included with the lease!!!! Ridiculous!!!! The price just went up and is supposed to include a wet car wash, no dry, but at least I would have gotten the car washed. Guess what? The car was not washed. I should have complained and asked for the car wash! I am not happy about all of this! More
