People are friendly and helpful! I lease and have leased since 1998. This is the first time I have to pay for oil changes, etc. (Maybe I should go back to Hiller in Franklin?!?) My current milage is less than 8000, my lease date was 8/2020. NOW I have to PAY for all of this, and I have to come in every 5 months. When I was at Hiller the oil was changed every 6 months and was included with the lease!!!! Ridiculous!!!! The price just went up and is supposed to include a wet car wash, no dry, but at least I would have gotten the car washed. Guess what? The car was not washed. I should have complained and asked for the car wash! I am not happy about all of this! More

Forgot to do the tune up! We had other service done and new tires put on as well, but the tune up was part of the quote. Still had our old car listed in profile.
