I arrived 20 minutes early for an appointment to change oil, rotate tires & inspection . Their service department started work right away & completed it quickly. I had already purchased some to change out myself that were in the back , they asked if I wanted them to swap them out. No additional charge for that. More

I had to bring my Ford Explorer in for a "recall notice". Katie answered the phone when I called for an appointment and totally walked me through the process.
