Every time you call the service department no one answers. Had an appointment for a oil change and a tire rotation 3 + hours later my vehicle still isn't in the shop. Had huge backlog of vehicles waiting to be repaired,but scheduled us upon arrival,unfortunately parts were to arrive on Wednesday August12th,but did'nt arrive until August17th the following Monday. I was told this appointment about a recommended service that I should have had I believe 10k miles before. I couldn’t get it done because it was an extra $750. Also, I waited for my vehicle.
