I had an appointment on a Friday but they didn't have the part. I was told it would be there by the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and on Froday I called and spoke with someone but they never c part. I was told it would be there by the following Wednesday. The following Tuesday I called back after waiting for a call I never received and they said they were just about to call me. A couple days later my car was fixed but there was a complete lack of communication the whole way. It's a Lincoln dealership, these are cheap cars and I expect a certain level of service that they fell way short of. I'll be going elsewhere from here on out as I need repairs. More

I came in to fix a rattle that developed under the truck after hitting a tire retread on the freeway as well as an oil change and tire rotate. They fixed the rattle and did all other service. This is the 2nd brand new Navigator I've purchased at Boucher and I will no doubt get a 3rd from them when the time is right. I highly recommend Boucher for vehicle purchases as well as service or repairs, they are outstanding in every regard. More

What I thought would be a good experience was okay because the salesman came and picked me up all the way in west bend.
