After not hearing anything from,Mr. Martínez, I decided to call the service department and left a voice message for him to call me back, but that didn’t happen. I had to straight to the dealership to return the loaner and pick up my vehicle. On top of all that, one of the services that they performed on my vehicle, didn’t take care of the problem. I drove 2 hours to look at a hard to find vehicle they had in their inventory. Purchased the vehicle and was given a fair value for my trade. The team was knowledgeable, accommodating, and eager to pleas had in their inventory. Purchased the vehicle and was given a fair value for my trade. Worked with Nicholas and Jake, who made themselves available to my questions and needs even after hours or on days off. The dealership gave my kids a Nintendo Switch with purchase, which made them happy. There was no pressure and no bs throughout the entire process.
