No eye contact when talking to me. Didnt know what he was telling me when I asked a question I was told yes. Asked to talk to the tech was to see what are typical causes, was not able to. he came back with a paper that read codes when I already told him the codes when I first walked in. Told me either a battery or an entire new transmission. Asked if they replace electronics in the transmission looking for other routes because I know the transmission is not destroyed. Didn't answer me. Overall terrible and will not be returning. Call for further details More
