Boucher got my business mostly in part to the staff. I had every intention of purchasing a hatchback style or similar vehicle. I made four appointments at different dealers in the West Allis/Greenfield ar had every intention of purchasing a hatchback style or similar vehicle. I made four appointments at different dealers in the West Allis/Greenfield area for the same day. Boucher was the third and final dealer. After I sent in my web interest, Justin sent me a personalized video of the vehicle I inquired about days before the appointment. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by another staff member. From start to finish, everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. The process took longer than expected with some hiccups with my trade-in, but they were all patient, and helped pass the time away with engaging conversation - and lots of information to make a good choice. I never felt pressured, or rushed, and all of my questions were answered. They also followed up a few weeks later to make sure that everything was going smoothly with the car, and to see if I had any new questions regarding any of the features. I highly recommend this dealer and Justin for purchasing a vehicle. More

Prompt attention. Problems and suggestions for service well explained. Boucher had my car for 7 days (rebuilt transmission covered by warranty) and provided an excellent loaner for the entire time.
