I arrived at the dealership for getting a new recall replacement airbag. The airbag that was at the dealership was the wrong one and a new one had to be ordered. I honestly loved the interaction and the customer service. But to be honest, I paid over $23000 for my new to me , 2019 Nissan Rogue, it did not include the little things such as a owners manual cove service. But to be honest, I paid over $23000 for my new to me , 2019 Nissan Rogue, it did not include the little things such as a owners manual cover booklet to store my owners Manuel and rear seat floor matts. I bought my own. I was told that is how the car was traded in and that’s how it is sold :( I was honestly disappointed on this. Also I checked under the hood and the coolant was low and had to bring it back in, which was taken care of, but I was reassured all fluids were topped off and Maintanace was done and makes me second guess this. My sales person was great though, but when purchasing a vehicle at this amount , the little things count too. There was a chip in the windshield that they will fix on Monday, so appreciated! Otherwise great service and great customer engagement! I wound do business again for sure :) PS my finance contact and sales person was amazing to work with :) More
