Bought a car from this dealer a couple months ago, did most of work online. Sales person was great to work with to get me my car fast in and out of dealership experience. Went for an oil change was suppos most of work online. Sales person was great to work with to get me my car fast in and out of dealership experience. Went for an oil change was supposed to get a free 15,000 miles 1 year oil changes and finance canceled it and told me I had to pay, manager told me to sit and I sat waiting 45 min to figure it out and no one came and helped. Ended up just paying the oil change, service department didn’t even fill up my window washer fluids with oil change.... if you buy a car here I would recommend no service plans and fair warning after you’ve purchased a vehicle managers don’t care about the customer anymore. Sales department I would give 5 stars although, really easy to work with. More
