Back Again After a disappointing experience last week (with $2500 in repairs, of which I could only afford $1600), I was disappointed to have to bring the car ba After a disappointing experience last week (with $2500 in repairs, of which I could only afford $1600), I was disappointed to have to bring the car back in because their was a sound of metal rattling as I'd back up. This never happened before so, I can only assume that something was disturbed, was done incorrectly, or was incomplete as a result of my visit last week. Rob, the service manager, handled my issue personally. A nice guy who listened to my ranting and complaining about Nissan, Boucher in particular. I explained that this was the first time that I felt that I was being taken advantage of. He let me say my piece, had the problem resolved, apologized for a bad experience and sent me on my way. This was the first really bad experience (the prior week and the need to come back in. So, I would still recommend the Boucher service center; however, ask LOTS of questions. Make sure that work that needs to be done is being communicated so that you don't end up having $2500 in expenses . . . when you only came in for an oil change and tire rotation. More
