General Awesomeness in the form of oil, tires, and clean car Ok these Boucher guys are LEGIT. Mike Hanson: friendly AND handsome. Scott Foote: automotive genius. Oh and Sway. Who is Sway you ask? This guy could take a 1985 Ford Pinto from the trash heap and detail that mug until you'd be all like, daaaaannnggg...put that thing on the showroom floor dawg! My whip came back looking like he rubbed it inside and out with baby wipes. That's automotive love my friend. The only question/suggestion I would have for these guy is, ease up on the hair gel. There is like a LOT of hair gel at this place. Maybe it's a work perk or something. Anyway, these guys seriously are the best, I recommend Boucher to everyone I know, and I will be buying a second car from them later this year. Ride with me. Every mile baby. More

Oil change service and key fob not working I was treated and provided good service, have been to this service center many times before. 28th May, I went with 3 requests. 1. Oil change and servi I was treated and provided good service, have been to this service center many times before. 28th May, I went with 3 requests. 1. Oil change and service 2. Trunk not opening 3. key fob not working to operate car (signals). First 2 requests completed perfectly. For the key fob, I was told that if any battery issue, will be verified and corrected. But i had checked that earlier and it is not battery issue and no issue with startup of the car with remote. So conveyed the same. Then I was told that to diagnostic the key it is $130+, if need to reprogram it then $120. If the key has to be replaced after diagnosys, then it will be Diagnosys cost $130 + new fob key ($190) + programming ($120) = total $440. I am scared of it and went for a new key with $330 cost, instead of diagnosys. When I am paying the bill, I see on the service parts department board that Free key fob tests available. Not sure what is this for and I was not told of this. So my concern here, i have no option there to verify my old key and see what is the problem. If it is any simple problem then I might not end up spending money for new key. Still I would appreciate, if you can check what is the problem with my old key (i didnt get it from you), if it can be corrected with some minimum amount then i will get paid and take it. I have only one key and another spare one will help me in urgent cases. Other than this everything else is excellent, i was given 10% discount as well. More

Super Service I am very pleased with the service and communication when I have my vehicles serviced here. It was a rainy day so my crews were not working and I was I am very pleased with the service and communication when I have my vehicles serviced here. It was a rainy day so my crews were not working and I was able to bring in 3 of my vehicles for oil changes with out having to set appointments. Everything worked out. Duke even called another dealership and found out one of the vehicles was still under warranty. More
