Attempted oil change I tried to get my oil changed on Friday. We couldn’t get the hood opened so they weren’t able to change the oil. Service I prefer to go to the dealer for oil changes as they check out the vehicle and recommend if any, maintenance that they feel should be addressed. I receive coupons periodically both by mail and internet. When I pulled into the garage and representative took my request, I handed him a coupon that had expired. I didn't realize it expired as the print was very small. I commented that I had received some coupons via the internet and I would like to see if I had a coupon for the oil change. I did have a coupon for an oil change and it took me a few minutes to find. I feel the representatives should be aware of the coupons. I feel if a customer indicates they have more via internet, one should not have to search and the representative should have them available. I had my oil changed which included a complimentary car wash. My car wasn't dried off as they usually do. I did not receive optimal service this particular day. More

Theif in service department I would NOT recommend your service department. We take my sons car into you and pick up the car only to find it has been rummaged through. Things that were in the glove compartment are now on the floor. About $6 in change has been stolen as well as a $55 bottle of cologne. When my husband called to talk to the service manager all he said was “well we have never gotten a call like this before” “I can’t see my guys taking anything”. REALLY????? Well they did and I’m pissed and since you don’t want to do anything about our missing belongings and what happened then I will make sure NO ONE I KNOW VISITS you TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!
