They provided us with the information we needed to feel confident that we understood what the car had to offer. As we looked at other dealers we came across competitive options but were really looking to make an informed decision and asked our parents to come and give their opinion on the vehicle. As our sales person worked diligently to provide us with excellent service we were stumped due to the fact that what I can only assume is the sale manager was not on that same page. Each opportunity to work with us on pricing and warranty was shut down without any wiggle room for negotiation. More
