Excellent Service I was frustrated because my car was having issues again and I did not know where to turn. I called Gordie Boucher Nissan and immediately they were willing to help. They were able to find an issue that another dealer could not and get my car ready for pickup that same day. I was very satisfied with my service and with Rob in the Service department. Very helpful and reassured me that my car was in good hands. Even went the extra mile to have me check with the company that sold me my battery to ensure that all of my bases were covered. Not everyone would take the time to do that. More

First visit - oil change and air bag recall fixes Bruce was the person I initially spoke with on the phone and he ended up being the person to check in my car and keep me updated during my wait. He took the time to talk to me as a new customer and had them check into some things that I had brought up with him. If not for the air bag recall, I likely wouldn't have gotten my oil change here since there's a garage down the street from me that I was considering trying. I'll likely be returning for future service needs. More
