I contacted this dealership regarding what seemed like a very good price on their website for a new Nissan Versa. I then asked him for an out the door price and got one within minutes in my email, so there would be no surprises. I couldn’t make it there for a few days but in the mean time Sean followed up professionally and never pressured me in any way… so I asked if I could get pre-approved from the finance department and he got me in touch with Prentiss from the finance department and within and hour I had a great rate pre-approved with an estimated payment of $296 a month. I’ll admit I was skeptical, very skeptical… just seemed like it was almost to good to be true. So I put a deposit down of $500 for them ti hold the car for 3 to 4 days. Sean kept in touch then I finally made it in on a Saturday and was late to the time we agreed to. Sean was waiting outside and greeted me even though he had never ever met me… had the new Versa washed, filled with Gas, and parked right in front so we could do an immediate test drive. Came back in and went over the numbers which still looked great. Now off to finance. Prentiss explained everything well and offered additional warranties, but didn’t pressure me at all… you won’t find that anywhere else…. And when it was all done the payment was $296 a month for the terms agreed on several days earlier. The EXACT numbers and terms agreed to…. No tricks, no surprises…. Sean was fantastic to deal with start to finish…. Never pushy at all. Made buying a car a pleasant experience.
