Great service excellent employee's service second to none I took my 370 Z in for tire rotation and oil change. I was greeted right away. Service writer was great, very respectful, and easy to talk to. The mec I took my 370 Z in for tire rotation and oil change. I was greeted right away. Service writer was great, very respectful, and easy to talk to. The mechanic took great pride in his work I watched him thru a window. He checked everything over not once but twice. He also made sure he didn't get oil or anything else my car. When I got my car back they had washed it and the drying it off was showing pride in his work drying off my car. Time wasted Brought my car in Tuesday evening. They told me it would be a couple hours to diagnose so they would start on it first thing in the morning. I waited Brought my car in Tuesday evening. They told me it would be a couple hours to diagnose so they would start on it first thing in the morning. I waited 3 hours before I called, they still haven’t figured out. 2 1/2 later they call and tell me they can’t fix it till Thursday.. I believe because my car was under warranty they fixed cars ahead of me that had to pay. I maybe right and I maybe wrong, I feel with what you guys charge that you’re going to fix paying customers first. Also they didn’t have a rental for me and I had to get my own rental. I maybe a nobody, but you’re not suppose to treat me like one. I have bought 4 cars from Gordie Boucher in the last 2 years. I’ve been really happy with everyone I had contact with until this happen. More

Great No-appointment service! But 2 low tires after Rotatio I love the no appointment oil change so I had my tires rotated. I had purchased the tires along with the road hazard insurance here. Both the right side tire pressures were lower than the right driving in. Leaving the dealership, the pressures were still lower than the inspection-stated 32 PSI. This morning the low tire warning light was on, so I had to add air. They were 27 & 28 #s. See the attached pic. More
