We had two issues...first the oil change was due however the battery was dead. The car was towed by AAA and it was not certain how long before Boucher could get to work as they were very busy. I was done th the battery was dead. The car was towed by AAA and it was not certain how long before Boucher could get to work as they were very busy. I was done the next day. The defective battery was replaced under warranty and the service with oil change was finished. We had purchased a service contract and the total charge was zero! More
