After work was done I noticed fluid was covering the back of my car. I spoke to the manager and he got me in right away to figure it out and fix it. Turns out they didn't secure a transmission hose and it of my car. I spoke to the manager and he got me in right away to figure it out and fix it. Turns out they didn't secure a transmission hose and it was spraying fluid. They took accountability and fixed and cleaned everything. Everyone makes mistakes but this was my first experience with them and it doesn't give me confidence in their work. Also the manager should have gone further to compensate me for the mistake. I had to drive back to the dealership and wait another two hours to get it right. How about a free oil change coupon for the next time? Or refund half the cost of the service they messed up that led to the issue? More
