Stephen Sheperd was great to work with as my wife and I were shopping for "new" used vehicle. As we live in De Pere, I called to inquire about making the 1hr & 40 minute drive to look at and drive a used were shopping for "new" used vehicle. Hirak Patel took my call and stated that there was a pending offer on this particular vehicle. After that, Stephen called to ask what I was looking for in a used vehicle. I explained to him the details of what I was looking for and he assured me he would let me know when they had a vehicle that met my requirements. About 2 weeks later Stephen called and let me know he had a 2023 Ford Escape xx Line Select that was exactly what I was looking for. We drove down to look at it on Wednesday and returned on Friday afternoon to sign paperwork and take it home. I appreciate Stephen being a man of his word and answering all our questions and walking us through the details and features of the Escape we purchased.
