Gorges Volvo Cars has been recognized as the preferred Volvo dealer serving our region since 1957. Back then our founder Fred Gorges and his 2 brothers first formed a relationship with Volvo in Wichita Kansas, where the Gorges brothers operated a successful import business. When they were approached by Volvo to start selling cars in the United States, Gorges Volvo Cars was born.
After some time in Kansas, Gorges Volvo Cars eventually relocated to Omaha where we've continued our successful business for 30 years. We attribute the success of our new and used Volvo dealership over the last three decades of serving Omaha, Lincoln NE, Fremont NE, Sioux City and Council Bluffs IA, to the fact that we are 100% dedicated to maintaining our strong family values and extending those values to our customers. Amazing experience and customer service by Dan Birge! I have been looking for a new Volvo xc60 for a while and thought I would check out Carfax to help me find one. Mr. Birge emailed me right at 8am on Mo I have been looking for a new Volvo xc60 for a while and thought I would check out Carfax to help me find one. Mr. Birge emailed me right at 8am on Monday morning and sent me more pictures of the car and was super helpful. He was extremely patient and not pushing at all which I appreciated since sometimes people can be too pushy! My mom is a cheap accountant so sometimes she's hard to work with since she wants the best deal. Dan was so polite and professional and worked with us to get a deal that we were both happy with. When I got to Omaha to pick up my new car, Dan took us on a test drive and showed me all the cool new things my car could do. He even spent the time to help me connect my phone to bluetooth! I couldn't have had a better experience buying a car than I did with Dan at Gorges. I love my car and can't thank him and Joel enough! More
