When my low-battery charge message popped up right before a long road trip, I called, drove in, and drove out in less than 20 mins because Josh just reacted and took care of business. Thermostat Housing Very good job as part that was needed was available. Only complaint was difficulty in booking an appointment as service department was busy! When I arrived to pick up my car Aaron came over and said hello and asked how I was enjoying our Volvo. I think this says a lot. Aaron could have very simply kept of walking and not even said anything(this is what I would have expected) but he didn’t. He remembered me by name and that goes a long way in a day and age where everything is transactional. Thanks for being great at your jobs. It does not go unnoticed. More
