The only reason I am giving this past visit 5 stars is because of Ken Olsen. I have really struggled in the past with failures in getting my issues fixed on my bronco but I came in for a routine oil chan because of Ken Olsen. I have really struggled in the past with failures in getting my issues fixed on my bronco but I came in for a routine oil change and a wiper fluid issue. Ken Olsen is the best employee you have. He is friendly, knowledgeable but most important helpful. I needed my car back by a certain time and he made it workout and got it done. He is the only reason I will continue to come back to this dealership. More
