Sales hid markup cost and was not upfront of how much the vehicle cost. Also sales did not know actual cost of ownership and made up numbers that I later found out from the service agents. Finally the contra vehicle cost. Also sales did not know actual cost of ownership and made up numbers that I later found out from the service agents. Finally the contract drawn up finance was completely different from what sales agreed to. I am actively seeking to let Elena Ford know of my experience with Gosh Ford. More
