Gosch Ford Temecula

I have been bringing my Lincoln Towncar to Gosch Ford Temecula (formerly Rancho Ford) for about four years ad have ALWAYS received top notch service,..except for a week ago when a mechanic did sloppy wor Temecula (formerly Rancho Ford) for about four years ad have ALWAYS received top notch service,..except for a week ago when a mechanic did sloppy work on my new battery install. My service Advisor, Kenn Olsen (a TOP NOTCH ADVISOR) took my car in for the service . I waited for nearly 3 hours for a normal service and a battery install to ver accomplished. At last, I inquired about the delay and a different advisor said my advisor Kenn was out to lunch by that time. I pressed and the vehicle was brought out to me and I left. The next morning I opened the hood of the vehicle and was quite upset at the sloppy battery install (terminals still corroded - and I asked specifically for a new battery terminal which didn't happen). I was hot !! I drove directly to the dealership and asked for Kenn Olsen. He came out and I showed him the problem. He was aghast...as was I. He apologized profusely and investigated. He returned and said a part was needed to complete the service correctly. Kenn said he personally would make sure the job was done right when I was to return. Fast forward two days later (yesterday). Kenn called me and I brought the car in for the repair. When they finished installing the new part and cleaning up the former mess (very nicely, I must say) Kenn again apologized and sent me on my way as a satisfied customer. Due to Kenn's continued professionalism and commitment to excellence, I withdraw my former bad rating from last week and now HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gosch Ford Temecula !! One mechanic's sloppy work should not brand the quality establishment I have come to trust. Kenn would never have let the vehicle come back to me without his stamp of approval. Kenn Olsen is a great service writer. He went the extra mile to make sure all factory recalls were dealt with, warranty work was done as it was supposed to be, and he even resolved differences between the mile to make sure all factory recalls were dealt with, warranty work was done as it was supposed to be, and he even resolved differences between the warranty company and the actual bill.
