In Oct of 2015, I purchased F-150 from Gosh. Kenn Olson has been my Service Advisor from the start. If it wasn't for him, I would be getting my service somewhere else. Kenn is extremely knowledgeable, he has been my Service Advisor from the start. If it wasn't for him, I would be getting my service somewhere else. Kenn is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and he goes up and beyond any other Service Advisor I have ever worked with. I am a 70 year old women ,who over the years ,has been treated like I have know knowledge about my vehicles (wrong assumption.) Kenn has always shown me great respect, which I greatly appreciate.
