Kenn Olson, my Service Advisor, provided EXCELLENT customer service and went out of his way to ensure that my truck bed cover was properly installed and functioned well. Chandler and Joseph in the Go customer service and went out of his way to ensure that my truck bed cover was properly installed and functioned well. My experience with Gosch Ford Temecula Service Department was outstanding because of my Service Advisor, Ken Olson. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I purchased a new 2021 Ford Explo was outstanding because of my Service Advisor, Ken Olson. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I purchased a new 2021 Ford Explorer ST and within days I had an error of "Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning". Mr. Olson coordinated for me to get a rental car, and communicated with me everyday my car was away from me in the service department.
