WENT TO SERVICE TO FIX A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR SERVICE, PICKED IT UP AND STILL WAS NOT RIGHT. JASON THEN GOT INVOLVED TO MAKE SURE IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE, AFTER I MET WITH SER TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR SERVICE, PICKED IT UP AND STILL WAS NOT RIGHT. JASON THEN GOT INVOLVED TO MAKE SURE IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE, AFTER I MET WITH SERVICE MANAGER GRANT, HE TOOK CONTROL AND ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS, MY SECOND SERVICE ADVISOR WAS MIKE TINSLEY,, HE WAS AWESOME!! GOT RIGHT ON IT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHIN THE DAY, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE, JASON, GRANT AND TREVOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY, AND AFTER A ROCKY START THEY STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE. ALSO GAVE ME A LOAN CAR WHILE THEY HAD MINE. ALSO RACHELLE WAS CALLING ME EVERY SO OFTEN TO MAKE SURE THE TOW TRUCK WAS ON ITS WAY, VERY FRIENDLY. More
