False Advertising Hello my name is Arturo Pena, for months I have been trying to purchase a 2017 Ford Raptor, sadly I have not being successful, on their webside "onlin Hello my name is Arturo Pena, for months I have been trying to purchase a 2017 Ford Raptor, sadly I have not being successful, on their webside "online" you can build your own and is advirtised starting at $49,265.00 after all features that I choose it comes out to $65,805.00. Yet, once you create your own a dealership has to order it for the costumer this case myself. I have been in 3 different dealerships here in California and 1 in Arizona and they refuse to order the truck for me for that price. All 4 dealerships have giving me 2 options: - I can purchase a Raptor they already have in their inventory ( without the features I want) for over $100,000.00 - They can order it for me only if am willing to pay an additional $30,000 to $40,000 over the price is advertised stating "If not, get lost" They have all refuse to order me a truck for the price that the company is advertising online! This is unacceptable, insulting and humiliating. More

Honesty Nowadays it's very hard to find anybody who is honest . While shopping for a used small size SUV with A dollar amount in my head I did find a vehic Nowadays it's very hard to find anybody who is honest . While shopping for a used small size SUV with A dollar amount in my head I did find a vehicle at this dealer and spoke with Terry McDowell. It came down to the vehicle he had on his lot and another one near my home. When push came to shove,he just couldn't match the price but he was honest about it, and told me the one that was close by was a good deal. I ended up getting the one close to my house but I will tell you, The next time I buy a car I'm going to buy it from Terry. If you're looking for A new or used car make sure you look them up , he's one of the few honest guys out there. More
