My truck went in for service on 9/23/23 at 08:15 am. I reported a "Service Advanced Trac" warning light, inoperative river's side step bar, and a hesitant, noisy driver's seat forawrd, seat advance mec I reported a "Service Advanced Trac" warning light, inoperative river's side step bar, and a hesitant, noisy driver's seat forawrd, seat advance mechanism. I waited all day, in the service lobby, for truck diagnosis and release back to me. At approximately 3:00 pm I was notified that parts were ordered and truck needed to be left in Service Dept. for repairs and completion on Friday afternoon. I was issued a car rental. On Friday, I received a message from Service Advisor informing me that truck seats would now be diagnosed on Monday, with possible parts and completion on Tuesday. On Monday, I received a text message indicating that my truck seats would be diagnosed on Tuesday and my car rental was extended per Service Advisor. On Tuesday afternoon, I received notification the my car rental was due back on Wednesfay and Service Advisor confirmed truck was done and ready for pick up. On Wednesday at 11:30 am I picked up my truck. I asked the Service Advisor what happened with my truck ? What was repaired ? It appears the truck was scanned and nothing was identified. The driver's side running board motor was replaced on Friday. The truck just sat in service until Tuesday, when the tech said he could not recreate the problem and was finally released back to me a week later. The exterior black paint was scratched above the gas door (may buff out) and someone stained the driver's tan leather seat with blue ink from a pen. More

We have been long time customers of Gosch Ford Temecula - and I wanted to share our phenomenal experience today. My husband is a fireman, works two hours away- and yes, these things always seem to happen and I wanted to share our phenomenal experience today. My husband is a fireman, works two hours away- and yes, these things always seem to happen when he’s at work. Like clockwork. My car would not start and I had feared the worst, first I made sure my daughter was off to school (thank god for friends)! and then had my car towed to Ford. I called before and left a message just to cover my bases. I arrived, I was on the list, and Kenn helped me right away. He was kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to help me. Which when these things happen- we (customers) are already filled with so much worry and anxiety, and he eased my worry right away. Thankfully it was only my battery, they replaced it - washed my car and it was ready within an hour in a half at most. For this reason, we stay with Gosch Ford in Temecula. We have had a few bad service people but joseph has been excellent. He has brought us back to this dealership after we had thought of going elsewhere.
