My Lincoln MKC had a bad BCM that was out of stock with Ford Parts. It took over 2 months to get a new one. The whole time my service advisor Kenn Olson was excellent. He touched base every couple of da Ford Parts. It took over 2 months to get a new one. The whole time my service advisor Kenn Olson was excellent. He touched base every couple of days to keep me updated on the situation. Without his excellent support I do not think I would have kept my composure with Ford! More

I am the Fleet Manager for a Amazon Delivery company and we have about 24 Ford Transits in our fleet and I will only take them here. Because our service advisor Raymond ensures that we are taken care of in we have about 24 Ford Transits in our fleet and I will only take them here.
